[Resolved]  Delhi Police — consolidated charge approx. 01 lac

Axis bank not solve my issue and my all complaint at least 1 year, 15 time i am complaint register in Axis Bank but did not solve my quarry. The matter is relates to consolidated charge debit from my salary account approx. 01 Lac.
i am explain regarding this matter is that i have a two credit card from Axis bank, due to corona time i am positive at the time. I am not able to pay my dues then after 3 months axis bank lien my salary account of whole due amount of my card of Rs. 1.5 Lac and 1 lac. i call the customer care 50 time may please dont lien my salary account for this maximum account. my personal loan emi bounce. they said that we not convert your card dues to emi. i am already visit Axis House and Axis Asaf Ali Branch they don't solve my problem. thereafter, my all personal loan emi bounce every months due to the credit card total amount in lien in my salary account. its not my fault. every months my salary credit in my account then bank fist debit my whole amount for card not for my personal loan. but at the time of personal loan emi date 05th of every months is bounce. i am paid my personal emi due after some days. but they debit consolidated charge every months aprx. Rs.8000. now only Rs.3300 credit my account for my refund on 03.08.22 but before 10 days ago already debit consolidated charge debit Rs.8600 so who the responsible for this why i am paid my consolidated charge. its all fault doing by bank for my account lien. they received card amount and personal loan emi so why they debit consolidated charge from my account. i will request to you may clarify this matter, solve my problem, because check bounce charge of Rs.500-700 so why debit high amount from my salary account and may please return my charge amount and take necessary action against bank. if not solve i am register a case in Hon'ble Court very earliest and change my salary account from axis bank. i have all documents of my consolidated charge debit from my account to total Rs. 01 Lac.
