There is shop at the ground floor of property bearing no. 69B and 70 Sarojini Park, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031, and the owner of the shop doing the work of selling of cement, bricks or other material which are used in construction in the name of “SAI PROPERTIES”. The owner of the shop in the name of the shop covered the whole area of the road which causes so much inconvenience to the people living near the shop as the owner turned his shop into go-down of the materials uses for the construction because of that full loaded trucks carrying materials like stone dust, stone rodi, cement and iron roads comes in morning because of which its causes traffic as trucks covers the whole road and even trucks comes on late night to deliver the material which causes nuisance and effects the sleep and health, thereafter even due to the dust it even causes health issues as there is my father who is senior citizen age about ___ who have heart problem since 2011 and taking daily medicines for the same therefore Doctor Recommended my father to take fresh air and healthy sleep but because of the above said mentioned problems causing by the owner of the shop it Even became difficult to breath and live peacefully here as there is causing air pollution, noise pollution. there is another shop at the ground floor of property bearing no. 69A, Sarojini Park, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031, and the owner of the shop doing so many illegal activities over their first of all the owner of the shop enlarge the area of the shop through covering steel plates on roof to cover the more area of the road for doing mechanical work over there, since from early morning mechanics start repairing the scoter, bikes and auto-rickshaws over there which also causes air and noise pollution.
