We despatched a consignment from Ahmedabad to Secunderabad on 08/04/2017 including 3 packages out of which one package was completely damaged & goods worth rupees 5000/- was stolen.
Our client received package in this condition shown in picture below.
We entirely blame DRTC for providing poor service & irresponsibly.
Hoping forward that they will enquire about it & take necessary actions.
