Dear DRTC Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter regarding a shipment I sent with G.R. No: REHN/1/2004706 on 23rd December 2023.

Attached to this email, you will find the necessary details of the shipment along with the current tracking information. Regrettably, only one out of the two packages associated with G.R. No: REHN/1/2004706 has reached the destination center. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter over the past 40 days through phone calls to both the sending and destination centers, the issue remains unresolved. I also sent email to drtcindia's customer support email ([protected]@drtcindia.com
) too, but no resolutions

According to the sending center, both packages were dispatched under the same G.R. number from their end. However, the destination center insists they have only received one package.

I kindly request your prompt attention to investigate and rectify this situation. The missing package is of significant importance, and its timely delivery is crucial. I have attached the relevant receipt image and tracking information image for your reference.

I appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the missing package to its intended destination. Your cooperation in expediting this process is highly valued

Goods are not receive actual/right time specially medicines item.

Sir, my goods is not delivered at right time. At just my 3parcel have come indor from burhanpurt till12december morning, but not dispatched till today, i regret to ur delivery, pls do action on it. We despatched a consignment from Ahmedabad to Secunderabad on 08/04/2017 including 3 packages out of which one package was completely damaged & goods worth rupees 5000/- was stolen.

Our client received package in this condition shown in picture below.

We entirely blame DRTC for providing poor service & irresponsibly.
Hoping forward that they will enquire about it & take necessary actions.

Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject I have applied for PAN card vide application no- [protected] & the same was dispatched on 10.04.09. But till to day I have not received the PAN Card.
Please look into the matter & take a necessary action
