Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — 801 bus no is not picking up passenger from Puspanjali G Block

Jawahar camp Kirti Nagar, Near Hanuman Mandir, Near Hanuman Mandir

My father is daily wage worker and he have to travel through bus to reach his working site . But from where he have to get his bus to back to home the bus no 801 is not taking passenger from Puspanjali G Block.
He have to take auto from Puspanjali G Block to reach back to home and he have to pay 200Rs to autowala but his daily wage income is only 400Rs .He is paying 50% of his daily wage.
