Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Against bus conductor for not giving me ticket and I was fined by ticket checker

I am roshan bothra from kolkata, i visited delhi. I was travelling on[protected] in the bus no. 5405 route no. 445 from MCKR hospital to new delhi railway station but on the way i decided to go suprem court station. I paid Rs. 10 for the ticket but conductor don't give me ticket and in hurry i Leave the bus. Ticket checker caught me in bus stand and asked for fine. He give me fine of Rs. 200.
Please look into the matter and provide refund.
