Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Bus conductor misbehave with passenger

Even while going through the same route, the bus did not stop and told the passenger that we do not sit the passenger in the bus for a short distance. & told the passenger this rules set by the DTC...This misbehavior was done to a female nursing officer going on duty..
