Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Bus does not stand at stop..

I am regular commuter of DTC bus no. 100 which starts from kendriya terminal at 8.20 a.m. The bus driver of the same route having bus no. DLPD4425 does not stop the bus at the bus stop and don't follow the route. Many times he skipped the stand as well as route. He also drives the bus vary harsh. Due to all this many passengers are facing so much difficulty and didn't reach its destination on time. I request to kindly check the gps of the bus you will also know how much he is following the route. I hope u will take strict action against him.
