On January 23rd 2024 I applied for student all route bus pass with application id[protected] online on the DTC website. I uploaded all the documents and filled out the form as well.
Then after I hopped to the payment page where I made the payment via UPI (transaction id :[protected] but after a day I received an e-mail about my pass getting cancelled because of some discrepancy, but the payment I made is yet not refunded to me.
Therefore I kindly request you to please refund my money so that I can apply for the bus pass again. Was this information helpful? |
