Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Dtc bus not stopping on stand power house

Respected sir
I am waiting for a bus 718 in power house stand when bus is coming driver not stopping bus and when we take another bus to catch 718 next stop then driver not open the door it's Tuesday morning time 7:50 around I make the Low floor bus video also bus no DL1PC 7725.
