Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — DTC e bus pass facility not working their work

I have applied for e bus pass they have to issue bus pass in 24 hours but 3days passed my application not proceed ahead they are not taking any action in call and email they are not responding this is very bad thing for citizens my application no.[protected] pls resolve my issue this thing happens to many people they are not working properly

i am having the same roblem i have made a 3month student special ac/non-ac bus pass on 3rd of july 2022 and they have not sent me the link till now whenever i check my application status it says it has been sent for verification and they do not pick calls everytime the no. is busy and they do not reply the emails too
