Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Epass not issued but money deducted

I have applied for the "Student All Route AC/Non-AC" bus pass on 14th oct 2023, paying Rs. 400 via Google pay. Unfortunately I neither get epass nor the any message from dtc, and money deducted from my account.
Epass status show" your application is received payment is under clearing."

Kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly.
