I have applied for renewal of my ebus paas with I'd[protected] on 14th April 5AM.
Payment was successful. I got the confirmation message too But,
It's been more than a day and I haven't received my ebus paas yet
I tried calling to customer care number(s) 10s of times but they never picked up once I emailed them too but haven't received any response
Please help me getting my ebus pass ASAP as I'm a student i have exams coming up
I need it urgently.
