Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Misbehave of bus driver and constable

This incident is of Delhi Bus Stop namely Madhuban Chowk.

Bus Number- DL51GD3953
The bus was already stopped there and the bus driver along with constable inside the bus denied to open the bus to 3-4 female passengers, first of all they didn’t replied when ladies were knocking the door and when we clicked pictures they started commenting on us.
Is this the way women will be treated if we are getting free rides in the DTC bus?
Please do let us know if in case any girl will be in an urgent need of help then also the bus driver and constable will ignore our request and will not open the bus doors????
