Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Not stopping bus on bus stand and taking wrong route due to late bus no. 254

Mostly the driver of DTC bus no. 254 are taking wrong route due to jam at Nangloi and takes the flyover in order to reach on time and also not stopping bus at the bus stand specially if there is a lady passenger is standing on the bus stand. Please take appropriate actions regarding those driver.
