Dear Sir/Madam,
I was board in bus from Libaspur for Azadpur at 10.00 am dt[protected] & was taking ticket through Chartr app. App was taking time to issue the ticket that time. It was 10.03 am & ticket issuing was in process & ticket checker catch my hand with mobile as without ticket and taken penalty Rs. 200/-. If ticket booking taking time for 2-5 minutes, this type of problems are genuine / technical problem is not passenger`s fault.
In this case there is no fault of me as a proof you can check the logs of my transactions since I was trying to issue ticket through app. The same case was facing with other passengers too.
I request you to kindly refund the same amount to me since there is no fault of me.
