My Name is Mohd. Nadeem, I recently applied for a DTC pass through the online service on 25 November. Unfortunately, I received a confirmation email on 28 November stating that my application had been rejected.

I understand that the rejection might be due to specific reasons, and I have attached the required information to this email for your reference. I am keen to understand the grounds for the rejection and, more importantly, when I can expect the refund of the application fee.

Attached to this email, you will find the necessary documents and information that were submitted with my application. If there are any additional details required from my end.
