Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Refund my payment or send my e-pass

I had taken DTC concession pass, payment debited but DTC website still shows payment is under clearing, my pass has not come yet, I had also paid, but still no answer related to my DTC pass my dtc pass has not come. Pls send my pass or refund my payment.
