Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Refund Not Received after the Rejection of BUS PASS APPLICATION

I have applied for a bus pass on 22nd March 2024 . But my application has been rejected on 22nd March 2024 stating Your Bus Pass Application Id is[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Fee Receipt attested by Authorised signatory of the institution, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

I paid 500 rupees via Paytm and after rejection i haven't yet got the refund for the same.
