Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Refund of bus pass fee after rejection.

Dear DTC,

I applied for the "Student All Route AC/Non-AC" bus pass on 18th January 2024, paying Rs. 100 via Paytm. Unfortunately, my application was rejected, and I seek a refund for the amount paid. Attached is the payment screenshot as proof of the successful transaction.

Kindly assist me in resolving this matter.
