Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Rs. 1000 deducted from my paytm account but dtc pass online form not submitted and not reply on my email id

Dear Sir,

I, Rajesh Kumar, applied for DTC Bus Pass online and Rs. 1000 deducted from my paytm account. But my dtc pass online form not submitted and I have not received any reply from DTC deptt. through email on my email id . Kindly look the matter and do the needful.

I enclosed herewith the copy of transaction of Rs 1000 .
