Hello everyone,

This is to inform you that I Vishal Rai tried to book a bus pass (e-pass) on 15th July 2022 through the website. The amount is deducted from my bank account but no confirmation from the DTC website. Please look into the matter and if needed, reimburse my deducted amount.
