Hi,
I request to deliver medicines and medical product on 23July, Order was delivered on time. Delivery Agent Name Amir. Amount shown 89.
but the agent told my mother to pay 126 instead of 89. when my mother enquired why he said due to rain, rain surge is showing. She went to bring the remaining balance. Meanwhile I called him to check the status. He told me "TAAYI UNDER GAYI HEIN TO BRING REST OF AMOUNT, HE TOLD ME SAME RAIN SURGE REASON." i TOLD HIM NOT TO BOTHER MY MOTHER I'LL GPAY. i made the payment via UPI at 12:44 pm.
Later on when I called my mother to enquire about medicines she told me about the payment. I called Amir but he blocked my number and I was not able to connect him via App.
I raise the request and provide the feedback, I received the service call and they assure me they are looking into the same. But now they are also not responding to my concern. Thats why I'm logging the complaint.
My concerns:
1. If by any chance, any thing happened to my mother who is critical heart patient due to this too and fro during that time, who was responsible for that.
2. This person is new joiner, what about the credibility and worthiness of delivery person. (in future, if get the chance can do any sort of criminal activity).
3. Team has not turned-up yet.
I'm attaching the screen shots of the order made, payment made via UPI, and the communication I had with the service team.
Kindly look into the same.
