Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service from Delhivery.

I booked a prepaid shipment of ₹653 on 19 September 2026 from Chiplun, Maharashtra to Goregaon West, Mumbai. The shipment was picked up on 20 September 2026, with a promised delivery date of 24 September 2026.

According to Delhivery's own tracking system, the shipment reached the Mahad Facility on 21 September 2026 and has apparently remained...

The order 7858863 from miniBay (AWB [protected]) is out for delivery on Sunday (17/05) but still it didnt reach my home yet. The executuive [protected] tell everyday today he will get the parcel for 4 days. but still it didnt reach my home....

but the agent told my mother to pay 126 instead of 89. when my mother enquired why he said due to rain, rain surge is showing. She went to bring the remaining balance. Meanwhile I called him to check the status. He told me "TAAYI UNDER GAYI HEIN TO BRING REST OF AMOUNT, HE TOLD ME SAME RAIN...

13998 INR Items has been not delivered by Dehelivery. This shipment was insured but now they are not responding as well as not refunding the stolen cost....
