[Resolved] Delight Foods — Ordered goods stand 'abandoned' without any prior notification to me and no refund | |||||
I had placed an order with delight foods on 17 june 2017, order no.[protected]. Today when i checked for order status, it says 'abandoned'. I have not been notified of this earlier nor has any money been refunded. Kindly look into this and ensure that my money is refunded asap. As a regular paytm user i expect some guarantee and protection from yourselves for the money transaction through paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I called the representatives. They said there was some issue with the computer and it had got marked as 'abandoned' by mistake. They said they would deliver the mangoes when the next consignment arrived.
Yesterday the money was refunded to my account.
I have no more complaint againt them in this matter. | |||||
