Complaint marked as Resolved I had called National Consumer Helpline to complain against Delight Telecom and they told me that i should write a complaint letter to the shop guy. As soon as the letter reached him, the owner called me and asked to resolve the problem. I went to his shop and after some negotiation, he took his battery and gave me my money back. I am now quite happy with the complaint resolution.
