Hello, my name is Punnya. I want complaint against a particular online purchase site delightgirl. I saw their ad on Instagram and made an order on 05/07/2022. Also paid Rs.1670 through net banking. I got payment acknowledgment from CC Avenue. On their site it was mentioned that I will get order updates as text messages. But even on the second day, there was no update whatsoever. So I tried reaching out to them. Tried mailing on the email id given on their site. But it turned out that such an ID doesn't exist. Tried contacting them through what's app number on their site. But never got a proper response. Tried calling the customer care number given on the payment receipt. Not even one call was answered. Finally tried mailing the ID given there. Again, no proper response when asked for shipment details. I have come to believe that it is a fraud site aimed at fooling people through social media platforms. On top of that, they're even mentioning free items for online payments to further this modus operandi. I earnestly request you to please take exemplary action against these fraudsters who loot money from innocent people in the disguise of online purchase.
