Had ordered an eyeshadow. After a really long time it hot delivered but turned out to be the wrong one. They now shirk any responsible and expect me to return the product at my cost. They acknowledge that the product is wrong but are refusing to do anything about the situation and don't even respond to messages now. Was this information helpful? |
