Delivery Expired Products And Not Intended To Return The Money — First aid kit

I ordered first aid kit and received on 5 th oct and found that most of the products are expired, so I place return request on the same day so that inform me that they will pick on 7 th oct but no one was come. So I place many requests and mail and reminders, than they arrange and my return order picked up on 22 nd oct which is almost 15 days late .. Then today is 3rd oct almost 12 days passed they have not return my money nor transferred in my wallet .. Every time when I called customer care they said it is not updated in our warehouse etc and lots of excuses.. Then I found lots of complaints against medlife in net search.. So it’s my request to look into the matter and for the safety and security of public kindly cancel their drug licence, so that others will not suffer .. It is completely and openly cheated the innocent peoples. Now I don’t bothered about my money I just want to audit their warehouses and other related with medlife and take necessary strict action against them .
