i had taken dell laptop from ur thane showroom at shreejivilla they r not responding proparly to us they told me that i[censored] want to complaint then u can to anybody . i had taken laptop when ur diwali sceem was started from that day they had not given me my sceem . every time they r telling u will recive soon . and another complaint is of proseser in laptop it is very slow. so i request u to pl help me. otherwise i had to take another action.
