[Resolved]  Dell Service Center, Mumbai — No Warranty period extended, PC is slow, mouse is not working

Hi,

I have purchase the Dell Computer from Croma, Kandiwali Branch. PC Service Tag No. 85SMXX1
In January 2014.Warranty period is for 1 year. due to there mistake warranty period mention for 6 month only.

Previously i also spoke with regarding extanded of warranty period nut still matter is pending.

I have called many times in Croma store as well as Dell customer care.
nobody is taking any steps.

Is this service you provide? I am not at all satisfied with your product & sevice.
