I have purchase the Dell Computer from Croma, Kandiwali Branch. PC Service Tag No. 85SMXX1
In January 2014.Warranty period is for 1 year. due to there mistake warranty period mention for 6 month only.
Previously i also spoke with regarding extanded of warranty period nut still matter is pending.
I have called many times in Croma store as well as Dell customer care.

Didn't get warranty paper

I brought a 6 cell dell laptop battery from andheri dell service center, mumbai after paying Rs. 4500 On 11/01/2014. i got only SDAR report from center only till now. After contacting with service center for warranty paper they always say that you will get your warranty paper in one two days.but till now i have not get my warranty paper. My service tag is - GM443B5. Number is- New PPID-KR-OPW[protected]BN-BOEM.
