I had bought 3x6 LED bulbs of 9W rating of DELP make from Radical Marketing Solutions Mundkavol, DELHI - 110041 on line through order placed with SNAPDEAL in FEB 2016. Though they have a warranty of 2 years, many bulbs have fused/become dim/or flicker continuously AND need replacement. Snapdeal directed to the manufacturer and they point to supplier who doesn't respond.What should be done now?

Snapdeal was contacted who suggested contacting EESL(The supplying agency) at and also supplier radical marketing solutions, delhi(+919643403077). there was no response from eesl.However radical mktg executive amit directed me to Mr. deepak Kumar(7838786538/[email protected]), who requested me to return the bulbs to their new address: radical mktg solutions, C/o Pathways marketing group, Khasra no 136/2, II floor, Near SBI and Shiv Mandir, rithala road, Badli Village, Delhi North:1100042.I did so and on receipt replacement was given.good service though lot of follow up and reminders were necessary

Updated by balkrishnank the supplier agreed to look into the matter and assured replacements in the course of time.Side by side I also wrote to [protected]@eesl.co.in requesting for direct handling of their warranty. Yet to respond

Updated by balkrishnank faulty bulbs sent to the sellers on 12/10/16 as directed by them to the address given by them.More to follow on receipt of replacement.
