I have ordered (Den snapdeal) a set of datawind pocket surfer 3g4+ ( order no. [protected])-but the power bank of this ph. Was bad (Not working) so i returned the item. As i paid on cod, they asked my bank details for refunding my money.But since 2 weeks. I am talking to their customer representative and they are just making fool of me and not initiating my refund request.I also mailed them several times but no action was taken against it.I am just fed up of making calls explaining my problem to them...
I want my refund as soon possible otherwise i will go consumer court.
So kindly look into the matter so that they can not make the customer fool again. My name is dinesh kaushik and number is [protected].
