[Resolved]  Den-Snapdeal — About uni tablet purchase

I has purchased UNI tablet on 26/01/2016. but there is some technical problem in tablet and keyboard. I has also does not received earphone which are free with the tablet. I also complain to the customer care service for minimum 20 to 25 times call And also interaction with the senior authority But they said that the product are reverse pick-up in 48 hour.but your 48 hour commitment are not completed till the 1 month is going off .And also there is a no action taken from your side.I hardly dissatisfied with your poor service.

So, i requested to you take action in this regard as soon as possible . this is not good for creditablity of your organization .

My order id -[protected], i am still waiting of your action but no action taken from your side i also further call to the den snapdeal customer care but they said the same that action is taken within 48 hours . i am totally dissatisfied with your poor and bad service.

i have no much time, i have requirement of new tablet immediately within 24 hours if action is not taken, i will file suite against you in consumer forum, so please call back me immediately about to your status of your customer service.
