I placed an order for an Xray machine from Dentalkart. They delivered it 3 weeks late. Over that when the product was received, it was found that they had sent the wrong parts of the xray machine. That is 2 shooters and no xray cone . I contacted their customer care thrice but their customer care is absolutely pathetic in helping out. I sent an email to their support team and they are not responding too. I have paid around 25k for the product and now I feel cheated by Dentalkart.com. Was this information helpful? |
