Not refunding my cash
I have order Micromotor in dentalkart but when I received the parcel it was denture trimmer so I returned and asked replacement but later they were delaying for replacement I asked for refund but now they are not picking calls

This is to inform your good self that the site doesn’t give appropriate products to customers. They just sell substandard products over the curtain of discounted products. Our hard earned money is wasted. Then they have stories to create that they serve good. Customer care people don’t help according to the needs of client. Many products are low quality and malfunctioning. Consumer affairs team should look into their business strata n do something about these misleading online businesses. I condemn fooling doctors

My order id is [protected] and [protected]. I order some product in heavy discount. I don't know how they gave the discount but i got that discount and i order the product and now they had cancelled wihout my concern ...no notification...i had paid for the product...and i want the product in the the same discount...i didn't gave them permission to cancel the order

Medistar Xray Machine

I placed an order for an Xray machine from Dentalkart. They delivered it 3 weeks late. Over that when the product was received, it was found that they had sent the wrong parts of the xray machine. That is 2 shooters and no xray cone . I contacted their customer care thrice but their customer care is absolutely pathetic in helping out. I sent an email to their support team and they are not responding too. I have paid around 25k for the product and now I feel cheated by Dentalkart.com.

Never gave refund for my returned product

I had returned my apex locator worth 9000/- and they said they will send me some coupon to use for refund. Unfortunately due to covid I wasn't able to use the coupon immediately and when I tried to use it it doesn't show the balance...after sending email several times now they sent me reward and I thought good finally but turns out the reward is just a scam...can't use any amount from that.

I had ordered some products for my clinic in Mumbai
The package included sanitizer mask mouthwash rc help and suction tunes
But the main product which was expensive that is the xray films were missing
They are not ready to accept their mistake
And are not ready to share any evidence mainly because they are fault
I know I know Iwill not get my product but I want to make sure people know what a fraud company dentalkart is
they sent products which cost like really nothing and the items which are costly they don't send that
Had a very bad experience
And moreover they are rude over calls

regarding not solving of one of the dental instrument

Purchased a product from dentalkart with order id [protected] on dated15/09/2019 waldent pro endomotor and the product was having by default of not charging. Raised a complaint about the same but no action for many days, then finally they took it and 15 to 20 days of taking to repair giving back with another fault. So issue is not solved again. Please do the needful and take necessary action.

I had purchased an dental air otor handpiece by dentalkart's online dental product site, dentalkart.com on 24th june2019, as per their return policy within 10days, i reported to them that the product sent by them is a defective handpiece along with video demonstration of product, they agreed upon the product having some problem, this i inform them on 3rd july2019, for which, i had asked a refund or replacement with another brand new quality handpiece, they said it will be repaired, how can i accept new defective product that to within 10days of delivery.
They do supply inferior quality products.
Kindly take action against this site, to save other drs fall into their fraudulent activities.

I ordered some products on dentalkart.com on 3rd august 2018 and tge order amount was rs 23735.
As cod was not applicable for the order i paid for it in advance and was continuously tracking it. On 7th of august it was forwarded amd dispatched.
Surprisingly on 17th of august at 23.13 hrs it shows that the product was delivered. And i dont have any idea about this.
I need to raise this issue to dentalkart.com but there is no contact number. Emails are not getting any reverts.
Please help.
