On[protected] diwali eve,around 9:31am I went to SHIVAM ENTERPRISES F-3/8 GULMOHAR PARK ROAD,GAUTAM NAGAR N.D-49 to purchase Rice. I purchased VIJAY KALASH LONG GRAIN 5KG bagpack and the M.R.P which was printed on the bag was Rs.224/- and when I went to the counter and got the item punched,The M.R.P printed on the bill was Rs300/- which was more than the actual M.R.P(R.S 224/-),a difference of Rs.76/- and he being the whoseller gave me the price of Rs235/- after discount which is again Rs11 more than that of the actual M.R.P. THE WHOLESELLER HAS DONE FRAUD AND I HAVE FULL PROOF AGAINST HIM,I HAVE THE RICE BAG AND THE BILL(TIN NO-[protected]) and this is his daily habit,I have exprienced the same fraud previously also,but I neglected but now I want you to take STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM AND PUNISH HIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
