Depot Holder — Black Marketing

Hello sir/madam
I am complaining against my area ration depot holder whose name is Suresh Bansal (Sainian Mohalla, HISAR, HARYANA).
From last many years, the residents are suffered because of his misbehaviour.
1. He distributes ration only selected people of his choice.
2. In every two months, he gives ration only one month. In this way he steals ration for one month. He told us "uper se itna hi aaya hain, Lena hain toh lo".
3. He never give kerosene to anyone.
4. He sales kerosene, sugar, wheat, pulses everything in higher prices through black marketing. He runs his own kiryana shop with his sister.
5. When biometric system comes, he every time tells that machine is not working, and this system goes on for many months.
6. He intentionally wrong feeded uid no. of many card holders, so that he can steal their ration and causes them suffered. He is taking money for rectifying it.
7. He never replies properly to any query.
8. He's not putting any board regarding timings of depot open or close. All depends on his mood and choice only.

His intention is only one that is to sale everything in black.
Please sir take immediate steps in this regard. We are suffering a lot from many years, no body complaints against him because he creates an environment of fear. He tells, "jisko sikayat krni h kro, mera uper tak intezaam hain".
