Detawind — Scratch Card Found Worth Five Thousand

I received the tab through ecom-express but no scratch card found worth five thousand. According to datawind advertisement i suppose to get number of offer worth rs-5000 but at the of delivery didn't get any scratch card also when try to contact on given number +[protected] stating that check your number it is incorrect.
Such type of act is fraud.
Hence requesting to take necessary action.
Kindly send the scratch card against my order number to my given address or else i will go to
Consumer forum or court to lodge a complain.
