Statement from qinso :
Respected sir,
Qinso received one of csr project opportunity through witness
Mr. Vaibhav nikhare, the project was to installed 66 no. Of solar street lights for the client which was csr from the client to nearby 3 villages as corporate responsibility. After accepting the terms we qinso & (Ecopower) mr. Sahebrao agreed & sign the mou mentioning all terms clearly at his office. We also had several meetings with the client & eco power engineer mr. Rahul about how to implement the project. We qinso deployed our team on the client project & installed 67 lights in record time of 4 days. We have received the project completion certificate from the the client on behalf of (Eco power engineers).
As agreed in mou 100% payment was about to released within 30 days from completion of the project, if not basic payment + penalty 1% of project cost eveny week will be applicable.
We got to know from the client mrs. Vidya (Csr manager) that the client had released payment of eco power before 30 days, which was eco powers duty to be informed by mr. Sahebrao to qinso, was not happened seems so unprofessional & clearly breach of trust.
All the formalities & signing was done by mr. Sahebrao khansole & till date, no communication received from mr. Shashikant karanjkar owner of eco power engineers shows clear intention of doing financial fraud, cheating & dishonestly inducing delivery of payment.
After completion of project 45 days later after several efforts of follow ups & waste of time we received only 60% amount of the project in our account & remaining amount of (Basic + penalty amount + gst) is not been paid to us, but mr. Sahebrao insisted to raise the bill as early as possible in month of june, hence we unable to pay gst for this transactions & was liable for gst penalties. With reference to all trailing mails, reminders mails for the subject mentioned above the issue not be closed since two months. Qinso continuously taking follow-ups on mail & on call with mr. Sahebrao which is really waste of time & subject to huge financial loss, reputation loss to qinso.
We have not even received any feedback for our due payments reminder mails which it self seems so unprofessional approach.
We sincerely request you to accept the case under ipc 405, 417, 419, 420 & take strict actions against mr. Sahebrao khansole, mr. Shashikant karanjkar & penalize them as maximum as possible, put stay orders on eco power engineers so that they can’t do such things to other reputed companies.
