On April 18 2022 I have ordered Nikon EP-5b AC Power Connector worth Rs. 2, 800.00 from https://detec.in/ (payment done through indian overseas bank by rayzorpay gateway) . I got the confirmation mail from them as well as from rayzorpay. But till now I didn't received the product or any update of courier trackin number from them. I tried to contact them through mail, but didn't get any reply . Then I called them in the number provided in their site, but no one picked up the call. I got some reply when I started sending messages through whatsapp . but still now no tracking number or delivery date, or information of when they will send the product is not being provided, They are saying in couple of days, or the person is on leave kind of excuses are been said. I asked if the product is not available please refund, but for that also no rely. I am requesting you to kindly do the needful either to deliver the exact product or if not available refunding the money will do. Thanks a lot! Was this information helpful? |
