Have taken a deposit of Rs.1500 and do not revert or allow any communication. ROBBERY daylight.

This is a chor company. They are a total lot. Please people dont get fooled by their low rates. You actually get totally robbed. BE ALERT!!

I purchased a Lens Filter from Detec.in and after payment, they won't reply my chat or receive my calls. No updates. And yet their website is still up and running.

I placed an order on Oct 13, 2022. So far not received and the company does not answer emails or phone or WhatsApp. This organization seems to be cheating people, as I see many such complaints.

I have ordered bluetooth speaker on[protected] worth Rs 1975 received payment confirmation via mail but didnt received any confirmation of the order...
even they have youtube channel to promote fraud and they disabled the comments so that no one can complain about their fraud

I had placed a order on detec.in on 13th july 2022, of Makita flush trim bit and my order number is 22336. I had paid Rs 903 by simpl pay. Today is 20th july 2022, but i still haven't recieved any information regarding my order or its shipping details. I tried contacting them on whatsapp, email and call by they are not responding.

On April 18 2022 I have ordered Nikon EP-5b AC Power Connector worth Rs. 2, 800.00 from https://detec.in/ (payment done through indian overseas bank by rayzorpay gateway) . I got the confirmation mail from them as well as from rayzorpay. But till now I didn't received the product or any update of courier trackin number from them. I tried to contact them through mail, but didn't get any reply . Then I called them in the number provided in their site, but no one picked up the call. I got some reply when I started sending messages through whatsapp . but still now no tracking number or delivery date, or information of when they will send the product is not being provided, They are saying in couple of days, or the person is on leave kind of excuses are been said. I asked if the product is not available please refund, but for that also no rely. I am requesting you to kindly do the needful either to deliver the exact product or if not available refunding the money will do. Thanks a lot!
