Would like to raise an issue about the harassment i have faced by owing an account with DB Bank. My Account is frozen because of KYC. I have submitted my documents in Jul 2023. Post which suddenly in the month of Dec 2023 my Account was frozen and the reason mentioned was KYC.
I am in need to money personal Emergency . Even after resubmitting the documents and getting the acknowledgment for the same saying that the same will be attended to on high priority, still, my account is frozen.
This is a mental torture or I can say harassment I am going through now. If this continues, will further have to escalate to Banking Ombudsman or Consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
