Deutsche Bank India — cheated saying use my bank app we will give rs 250 voucher

Please stay away from this bank's customer care. I have filed a complaint on wrong debit from my account, first of all they are not reversing the amount and now it has been 15 days. On top of when i called regarding that matter, on 27th jan they have asked to download my bank app and told we will give rs 250 voucher.

Just wanted to inform till date i did not get any.

This bank is full of cheaters. Stay away..
