Deutsche Bank India — KYC leading to Account freeze
This is with regards to the harassment faced by a Customer.

Account : Saving/ Corporate (Salary Account)
Would like to raise an issue about the harassment i have faced by owing an account with DB Bank. My Account is frozen because of KYC. I have submitted my documents which I have mailed as proof. Post which suddenly in the month of February 2023 my Account was frozen and the reason mentioned was KYC.
At that time i was in need of money due to a personal Emergency (hospitalization). Even after resubmitting the documents and getting the acknowledgment for the same saying that the same will be attended to on high priority, still, my account is frozen.
This is a mental torture or I can say harassment I am going through now. If this continues, will further have to escalate to Banking Ombudsman or Consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
