Deutsche Bank India — My cibil status not updated even after 7 years of receiving payment

I had approached Deutsche Bank to repay my loan after getting job. Mr. Dhaneshwar Koganur Manager Debt Management Department (mobile: [protected] email : dhaneshwar.[protected]@db.com) gave me the details and I paid the money in installment starting from 30th March 2015 to 10th May 2016) . After receiving the agreed amount bank did not updated my CIBIL status and and Mr Koganur had stopped picking my calls. After one year he asked me to deposit 27 thousand more which I did on 1st May 2017. Even after that my CIBIL status was nit updated and Mr Dhaneshwar Koganur had stopped all the correspondence. After writing several emails I got the confirmation from head services Deutsche Bank that my CIBIL has been updated. Now when I tried to apply the car loan in January 2023, my loan was rejected due to WRITTEN OFF status. Since then I have been trying to contact Deutsche Bank customer care and Mr Dhaneshwar Koganur to update my CIBIL Status but no one is helping me. I have made several phone calls and written several emails, but all in vain. I have got my bank statements reflecting all the payments made to Deutsche bank.
