I am a privilege member at Deutsche Bank and supposed to get fast service.
But my customer service Manager does not call me and does not try to get involved in my case.
I wanted to change my mailing address but they were asking me a lot of questions and documents. I wanted to know why ?, since its only mailing address and not permanent address. The relationship manger should have taken this up or called me to explain. Its been 3 weeks no answer from them. Dint expect such bad service from Deutsche Bank. Was this information helpful? |
