Despite submitting form 15 h for fy 2015-16 in respect of my fd acct no. [protected] and rd acct no. [protected], tds amt of rs. 2679/- was recovered. The 15h was handed over to the concern rm shri sunamrajit of your kolkata office against his acknowledgement. Pl. Look into the matter and refund the amt to me.
