[Resolved] Devender — Aircel customer service | |||||
I am using aircel number ([protected]), lot of time company deduct my balance with out any service and if i call on 198 and 121 customer care, there server always have problem. Any time of day if i call the answer always same that server is not working call after sometime. Some time they confirm me that we will arrange a call back to you, but as always i did not get any call from aircel. Last week on friday again my balance deduct, and i am try to contact customer care, till now the answer is same that the server not working. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation there is no amount deducted from your account for any Service the amount got lapse as you have done the recharge RC_155 on date 13thJuly’16 and got the benefit (Rs165 TT for 30 Days (DA Account) +155 Local SMS for 30 days + 155 MB 2G Data for 10 days) and amount got expired on date 11thAugust’16 there is no discrepancy has been observed at our end.

I don't remember the exact date and amount may be it is 11/08/2016, and i don't get any massage for this deduction.
As you inform me that write us at aircelsocialmedia@aircel.co.in last year i try this service also but no response. Really your customer care really very poor.
I got a call from your side after 5 day of my complaint for the deduction, as your executive told me that the reason of deduction is validity expire. But i confirm everything when i recharge there is no validity time on that recharge.
Now i want to switch from Aircel to another service provider, because many time i am facing same problem.
